NCA CASI accredits public and private elementary and secondary schools in 19 states, the Navajo Nation, and the Department of Defense Education Activity worldwide. AdvancED is the parent organization for NCA CASI, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI), and the National Study of School Evaluation (NSSE). AdvancED is dedicated to advancing excellence in education worldwide.
The 2009 NCA CASI Fall Practitioners Conference is intended to provide educators with tools and replicable models that can be easily implemented within classrooms, buildings, and/or districts. It is expected that presenters will share practices that focus on enhancing the quality of education in schools and districts to improve student achievement and grow organizational effectiveness. As a result, Illinois NCA CASI is seeking presenters who can share effective practices and strategies that have assisted them with moving beyond today’s challenges to bring about sustainable results – Real Challenges.
